Currently, we only ship to Poland. We hope to expand our shipping to other countries in the future. If you're outside of Poland, feel free to check back with us soon for updates.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your delivery location and selected shipping method. We also offer free shipping during special promotions, which will be communicated to you at checkout.

8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days within Poland.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

9. Can I return or exchange my necklace?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
